1. Final Sale
All purchases made through House of Maroof Kattal are considered Final Sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind" or personal scent preference.
Why this policy? Fragrance is a volatile and sensitive product. To ensure every client receives a pristine, untampered bottle, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our controlled environment.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the incorrect item, we are committed to making it right.
Reporting Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will issue a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost to you.
